ABOUT CHUCK
Born and raised in North Fulton, Chuck Martin proudly represents his neighbors in Georgia's House District 49. A graduate of Milton High School and the University of Georgia, Chuck built his career in consulting and business process reengineering, including years as a Director at Ryan, LLC, the nation's largest independent tax consulting firm. Today he operates a small business, Connected Strategies, LLC, and is "Papa-Chuck" to five grandchildren, a title he dearly loves.
Chuck is a respected leader and trusted voice at the State Capitol, and as Chairman of the House Higher Education Committee, he is known for protecting the HOPE Scholarship and for authoring the DREAMS Scholarship, which he carried into law on the House floor through SB 556. In summer 2025, he led the legislative committee that shaped HR 1243, the bipartisan Next Generation 9-1-1 amendment — he delivers real results for the families of Alpharetta, Roswell, and Milton.
